Single crystals of K0.84Na0.16TiOPO4 solid solutions from the family o
f KTiOPO4-type ferroelectrics-superionic conductors were obtained by c
rystallization from flux. Their atomic structure is determined by X-ra
y diffraction analysis, The dielectric constant and electrical conduct
ivity are measured. The effect of partial substitution of K+ by Na+ io
ns on the character of the ferroelectric phase transition is also stud
ied.
