Abstract
Errors in the management of patients with bone and soft tissue neoplasms ha ve devastating effects on patient outcome. Many of the errors have recurren t themes and are usually avoidable. By using a logical approach to the mana gement of metastatic disease, surgeons may avoid some of the common pitfall s associated with treatment.
