Abstract
On the basis of two case reports it is suggested that serious convulsions m ay occur in patients treated with flucoazole when serum trough concentratio ns exceed 80 mu g/mL. The authors recommend monitoring fluconazole concentr ations during high-dose therapy in patients with poor kidney function.
