Abstract
We report the growth and characterization of multiple layers of self-organi zed InAs quantum dots emitting near 1.3 mu m. We analyze their optical prop erties as a function of the number of dot layers and investigate how the ve rtical stack modifies the dot size distribution. (C) 2000 American Institut e of Physics.
