Revised UCC Article 9's transition rules: Insuring a soft landing - Part II

Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code is scheduled to become eff ective on July 1, 2001. The statute has already been enacted by over half o f the states, as well as the District of Columbia, and has been or is expec ted to be introduced for enactment in the balance of the states in early 20 01.
