Abstract
Bis(thf)(porphyrinato)iron(iii) complexes with highly S-4-ruffled and S-4-s addled porphyrin cores are determined to be very pure intermediate spin com plexes on the basis of NMR, EPR, Mossbauer, and magnetic data.
