Abstract
Nocardia bacteremia is very rare. We report 2 cases of central venous cathe ter-associated Nocardia bacteremia and review the literature. The limited c linical experience suggests that discontinuing the catheter and embarking o n a relatively short course of appropriate antibiotics results in a good ou tcome.
