Abstract
The authors describe a case of a 35-year-old woman who showed elevation of beta hCG 13 months after the complete regression of beta hCG values followi ng chemotherapy for an incomplete mole. This case outlines the necessity fo r careful monitoring of beta hCG levels in low risk gestational trophoblast ic diseases for a period of time longer than one year after achieving the f irst clinical remission.
