Abstract
A spectroscopic study of phase transitions in single crystals (barium titan ate doped by Fe and Co) with diffuse phase transitions has been carried out . It has been found that the phase transition in these crystals occurs nor only at the temperature corresponding to the maximum value of the dielectri c permittivity, but also at temperatures of 160 degrees C and 180 degrees C .
