Abstract
The present paper reports on a study of pyroelectric and dielectric propert ies and the domain structure of ferroelectric ceramics of PbFe0,5Nb0,5O3 an d its solid solutions with PbTiO3 and PbZrO3. Wedge-shaped domains were obs erved in ceramics' grains. Extremely high pyroelectric coefficient values ( determined by a dynamic technique) gamma(d) similar to 15.10(-4) Cm-2K-1 we re obtained in PbFe0,5Nb0,5O3 ceramics doped with 1 wt. % of Li2CO3.
