Taking into consideration that the ferroceramic compositions investigated b
y us belong presumably to the morphotropic phase boundary, we have studied
manifestations of the thermal memory effect under intermediate and strong a
c-fields in low and infralow frequency ranges in the systems under examinat
ion. The conclusion has been drawn that the principal role in the developme
nt of the thermal memory effect belongs to the domain and interphase bounda
ries' interaction with defects. The specificities of this interaction in di
fferent conditions are discussed.
