Abstract
This study analyses the results of systematic air sampling during 11 m onths in hospital areas where patients are particulary exposed to Inva sive Nosocomial Aspergillosis (INA), The results demonstrate that isol ement of Aspergillus fumigatus is occasional and allows the control an d validation of cleaning, disinfection and filtration measures. The ef ficiency of this protocol suggests its prophylactic value in INA.
