Abstract
Rapid and easy analysis of qualitatively important components is required f or the fair-trading of green teas. Flow injection analysis combined with im mobilized enzymes was applied for that purpose, and the target compounds we re amino acids (total amino acids, L-glutamic acid and gamma-amino butyric acid) and ester-type catechins.
