Abstract
We present the case of a 3-year-old child who had painless pulsatory left e xophthalmos which revealed sphenoidal agenesis. The radiological investigat ions including CT scan, MRI, and scintigraphy confirmed the diagnosis and e xcluded other bone abnormalities. Therapeutic behavior in this case was lim ited to simple inspection.
