Abstract
This article describes an experimental "integrated service point" that comb ines the desks and staff who perform reference and circulation at one of M. I.T.'s five main libraries. The Integrated Service Point concept was previo usly presented as "United We Stand, Divided We Fail?" at the April 1999 ACR L conference in Detroit.
