Abstract
This article extends the integrity testing literature by examining relation ships between conscientiousness subscales and productive and counterproduct ive workplace behaviors. Correlational analyses (n = 359 employees) indicat ed conscientiousness predicted overall performance, supervisors' willingnes s to rehire and employee attendance, but not integrity/safety ratings. Cons cientiousness subscales differentially predicted criteria and were more par simonious.
