Abstract
Dependences are considered for an aftereffect on the phase composition of d eformable media, the nonuniformity, and temporal regimes of loading. The co mmon and distinctive features of a response to dynamic effects of plastic a nd solid rocks are determined, and the mechanisms of its origin and develop ment are substantiated.
