Abstract
We describe a case of life-threatening hemolytic anemia in which the cause of hemolysis was not readily apparent until a more complete clinical histor y was obtained. Data on drug exposures prior to the development of hemolysi s should be part of the investigation of any immune hemolytic anemia.
