Abstract
We present a patient with atrophodermia vermiculata. A family tree stu dy revealed an autosomal mode of inheritance with good penetrance, A s light improvement of the atrophic scars of the disease was noticed aft er local treatment with tretinoin cream, 0.05 percent, and cryotherapy .
