Abstract
The data of corrosion tests of tantalum coatings with various electrochemic al techniques in I M (9.5), 30, and 38% sulfuric acid at room and heightene d temperature are considered. Independently of the substrate (carbon or sta inless steel), the electroplated tantalum reliably protect it in a corrosiv e environment.
