Abstract
A novel one-pot approach to the imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazine system has been elab orated based on the cyclization of 3-[(2-amino-1,2-dicyanoethen-1-yl)amino] -2-(benzoylamino)propenoates with orthnesters.
