Abstract
The goal of this study is to improve MR-spectroscopic measurement of p harmaceutical formulations. The variance contributions of the followin g factors to the MR-measurement of tablets, hard and soft gelatine cap sules are estimated: measurement repeatability, positioning, time, dif ferent samples of one batch and different batches. The data analysis i s performed on the one hand with PCA (Principal Component Analysis) as a display method and on the other hand numerically with a nested ANOV A design.
