Abstract
The aim of this study was to report two cases of chondrosarcoma located on the chest wall, in order to emphasize the difficulty encountered by the pat hologist to differentiate a chondrosarcoma from a chondroma and the importa nce, in our opinion, of performing a large resection with wide margins in a ll cases.
