Abstract
We describe a technique to correct enophthalmos that involves measurement o f the volume of the injured orbit followed by an accurate replacement of th is volume with an autogenous bone graft. Twelve consecutive patients were t reated with this technique and all but one showed an improvement in enophth almos. Four of the seven with diplopia improved after the operation.
