Abstract
Polysubstituted enynes have been lithiated on the propargylic position , and transmetalation to the corresponding zinc reagents promotes an e asy cyclization reaction leading to polysubstituted tetrahydrofurans a nd pyrrolidines of definite geometry via the zinca-ene-allene reaction .
