Abstract
Quantum consideration of skyrmions and elementary spin excitations in a two-dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnet is given. We have shown t hat spin fluctuations considerably renormalize the local order paramet er, skyrmion energy and average radius of thermally excited skyrmions. While this renormalization at low temperatures T much less than J, wh ere J is the nearest-neighbor exchange constant, results only in a red ucing of the exponential divergence of r(0) at T --> 0, at high temper atures T similar to J it leads to a linear temperature dependence of 1 /r(0).
