Abstract
Phytochemical analysis of nine species of the genus Cuscuta yielded ch aracteristic patterns of soluble phenolic constituents that can be use d as taxonomic markers. The specific patterns proved to be stable in a ll Cuscuta ssp. irrespective of host plant or localities. (C) 1997 Els evier Science Ltd.
