Abstract
We present a case of persisting diplopia after bilateral laser in situ kera tomileusis in a patient with high anisometropia and amblyopia. Treatment of this complication by ocular-muscle surgery was not possible because of mis sing fusion. We suggest that, especially in cases with anisometropia, a com plete examination of binocularity be performed before refractive surgery.
