Abstract
Tamoxifen and its acid hydrolysis products were separated and tentatively i dentified by non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis with thermooptical absor bance and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. Acid hydrolysis is a c onvenient method of generating tamoxifen degradation products. The parent c ompound and seven hydrolysis products were separated in 9 min. (C) 2000 Els evier Science B.V.
