Abstract
The larvicidal properties of 16 extracts of four Moroccan medicinal plants: Calotropis procera (Wild.), Cotula cinerea (L.), Solanum sodomaeum (L.) an d Solanum elaeagnifolium (CAV.) were tested against Anopheles labranchiae m osquito larvae. Among the extracts tested, nine exhibited high larvicidal a ctivity with LC50 (24 h) ranging from 28 to 325 ppm. (C) 2000 Elsevier Scie nce Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
