Abstract
In this paper, a novel method for calibration of the current-induced optica l wavelength shift in the laser diode interferometer is presented. The spat ial synchronous phase measurement technique is developed for phase shift me asurement. Two optical path differences in the unbalanced Michelson interfe rometer are independently introduced in order to calibrate the current-wave length tuning rate of laser diodes.
