Chemical nickel-gold methods in continuous processes

The second generation Doduchem Durni-Coat inside electroless nickel/immersi on gold from AMI Doduco provides increased reliability and cost-effectivene ss in the pcb finishing process. The process is noteworthy for a new palladium-based activator using sulphat e chemistry, with longer bath life as well as an improved electroless nicke l formulation which offers good bath stability at the same time as providin g good start-up performance. Other new features include lower bath operatin g temperature and simpler bath disposal.
