Abstract
A Swedish tourist was admitted to a Cuban hospital due to epileptic seizure s caused by brain tumors. Upon return to Sweden and admission to our hospit al, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was isolated. He was later considered to be free of MRSA but then developed a brain abscess fro m which MRSA was isolated.
