Abstract
This letter describes a novel, flexible, solid phase route to pyrimidine-ba sed heterocycles that utilises commercially available 4,6-dichloro-5-nitrop yrimidine. This was exemplified by the synthesis of dihydropteridinones. (C ) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
