Abstract
Fatty tumors of the uterus are rare. The reported incidence differs, from 0
.03% to 0.2%. Two new cases of uterine lipoleiomyoma are presented with ult
rasound, computed tomography, and pathologic correlation. To date, only sev
en cases have been reported in the radiologic literature.
