Abstract
OBJECTIVE, Osteochondritis dissecans of the talar articular surface of the
ankle joint has been well described. We ripen the imaging characteristics o
f osteochondritis dissecans of the tibial articular surface (tibial plafond
).
CONCLUSION, Osteochondritis dissecans of the tibial plafond is a rare condi
tion that may not be detectable on radiography. Its radiologic findings are
similar to those of osteochondritis dissecans located elsewhere in the bod
y.
