Abstract
OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this paper is to define the radiologic features o f lymphoma told granulomatosis and correlate them with histopathologic feat ures. CONCLUSION. Lymphomatoid granulomatosis shows characteristic CT features su ch as peribronchovascular distribution of nodules, coarse irregular opaciti es, small thin-walled cysts, and conglomerating small nodules. Large masses and occlusion of large vessels also occur. Histopathologic examination sho ws the nodules are caused by intravascular and perivascular infiltration by atypical lymphoid cells.
