Abstract
We report the case of a child with acute lymphocytic leukemia with a combin ation of positive (TEL/AML1 positivity, age, low level minimal residual dis ease before bone marrow transplantation) and negative (poor prednisone resp onse, high leukocytosis) prognostic features. We used molecular-genetic tec hniques and flow cytometry for the follow-up of minimal residual disease.
