Abstract
We report the we of a 59-year old male who underwent autologous transplanta tion for lymphoma and developed CMV enteritis which was masked by Clostridi um difficile colitis. Although the incidence of CMV enteritis in the autolo gous setting is low, simultaneous occurrence of these two diseases can caus e significant diagnostic problems.
