Abstract
Since CD34(+)/CD90(+) cells could represent an index of primitive hematopoi etic progenitors, we designed a study to analyze the yield of CD34(+)/CD90( +) cells during leukapheresis courses, in response to different mobilizatio n regimens employed in healthy donors and in patients with hematologic neop lasias for allogeneic and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantatio n, respectively.
