Abstract
A wavelet interpolation Galerkin method (WIGM) is presented for solving bou ndary value problems in 2D magnetostatic field. To treat problems with mixe d boundary conditions and several media contained within the domain, some a daptive techniques are discussed. The method is presented and some numerica l results demonstrate its validity.
