Abstract
This paper gives a comparative study of several 3D eddy current formulation s derived from dual system of Maxwell equations. In each of the dual formul ations, the working variables can be either the held or the potentials, The necessity of gauge conditions for potential formulations is discussed. The performances (convergence, accuracy and complementarity) of these Formulat ions are compared through an example.
