Abstract
This paper presents a numerical 2D resolution of the problems of radiation generated by current sources. The approach is based on the finite element m ethod associated with absorbing boundary conditions. The presented model ma kes it possible to consider wave propagation and their effects in heterogen eous mediums over a broad frequency band. It can be applied in Electromagne tic Compatibility for the simulation of radiation. First, the formulations of the electromagnetic problem are detailed. Then the comparison of the num erical results with experimental measurements on simple examples allows val idation of the approach.
