Abstract
The,plane nonsymmetric problem on impact against and immersion into a compr essible fluid of a thin elastic cylindrical shell is considered. The shell rotates about its asis with a given angular velocity. The boundary-value pr oblem is reduced to an infinite system of integral Volterra equations of th e second kind.
