Extracting weak target from the ocean scenes

This paper discussed the extracting and tracking method for weak targets un der the situation of low contrast and strong interaction in real battlefiel d. A special spatial sampler was designed according to the weak targets' di stributing feature, and the special segmentation algorithm which can be run in real system in real time was provided. At last the results of real expe riment were given and the results show that the algorithm is efficient.
