Abstract
Hydrogen evolution system from glucose consisting of glucose dehydrogenase from Bacillus sp., ferredoxin NADP reductase from spinach leaves and hydrog enase from Alcaligenes eutrophus H16 was established. When the solution con taining glucose, glucose dehydrogenase, NAD, ferredoxin NADP reductase, met hyl viologen and hydrogenase was incubated at 30 degreesC, hydrogen evoluti on was observed.
