The effect of a strong magnetic field H, perpendicular to the easy axi
s of a ferromagnetic, on the motion of a domain wall is investigated.
It is shown that the peak velocity of motion v(c) is defined by variou
s scenarios at weak (H << H-a) and strong (H-a - H << H-a) magnetic fi
elds, where H-a is the anisotropy field. Therefore, the peak velocity
V-c is a nonmonotonous function of the magnetic field, when H ranges f
rom 0 to H-a. The character of the DW velocity dependence on the drivi
ng field H-z was studied.
