Abstract
The kinetic problem of intensive diatomic gas evaporation from the surface of a spherical particle in a vacuum is solved. The analytical expressions f or the parameters of a vapor gas at the hydrodynamic evaporation boundary a re obtained, and their dependences on the Knudsen number in the range 0 < K n less than or equal to 0.1 are studied.
