Abstract
A high-voltage plastic-like, rechargeable lithium battery was assemble d by laminating a lithium foil anode, a polyacrylonitrile-based gel el ectrolyte membrane, and a cathode film formed by a blend of chromium-s tabilized lithium manganese spinel, (active material) carbon (conducti ve material) polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polytetraethylene fluoride, (PTEF) (binders). The characteristics and performance of this battery are presented and discussed.
