Abstract
Cat-scratch disease (CSD) is a common cause of regional lymphadenopathy. We describe 2 children with an unusual presentation of disseminated CSD, the first one presenting with persistent fever, multilocular abscesses in liver and spleen as well as osteolytic lesions in the lumbar spine and the secon d one with portal vein thrombosis and severe ascites.
